Fork Slippers

Fork Extensions are devices that fit over a standard pair of fork tynes on a forklift truck and are for the sole purpose of temporarily lengthening the fork tynes for load stabilization only. Under no circumstances should the slippers be used to carry the entire load and should not exceed more than one-third of the parent fork length.

Note: It is important that the load on the fork extension is uniform and that it is not carried without full support of the appropriate fork tyne.

 

When requesting quotes or when ordering slippers, please specify the dimensions of the tynes on the fork truck, particularly the width and depth.
